Additional Information

At Anubhav Public School, we have strived to make our admission process simple and transparent to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress-free application experience. 


We strongly believe it is the parent's prerogative to choose the school and not the other way round. That is why we do not conduct formal interviews with the child or parent. 


A small informal interaction is conducted to know about child's need.  The complete admissions process is available for viewing here.


Age Criteria :


Grade 1: Minimum Age should be 5+ as on 31.03.2024 


The School is currently inviting applications for admission for academic session 2024-2025.


Admission Process:


Registration for Admission: 

1) Collection of the Application Form from the school front desk.

2)Submission of the duly filled Application Form, with necessary documents as detailed in Application form, within Fifteen days from the date of purchase. 


On Grant of Admission: Completion of Admission formalities including payment of fee To be completed with submission of Application form. 


ADMISSION POLICY


1) Admission is being granted on first come first serve basis, till the availability of seats.

2) There shall be no interaction with the student. For classes I to V, complete academic transcripts of the previous two completed classes of the student must accompany the application form.

3) For the benefit of parents, the valid registrations shall be invited for an interaction with the head of the school. 

4) Principal to share the vision, mission and philosophy of the school and define expectations of each other. 

5) Interaction with the Principal does not guarantee admission.


Documents


a. AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

1) Attested copy of Birth Certificate Parent Visiting Card One photograph each of the Child and the Parent Complete academic transcripts of the previous two classes attended by the student .


b. AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION 

1) Date of birth Certificate (Attested by Gazetted Officer/ Notary) 

2) Latest Residence Proof

3) Blood Group Report Vaccination Record /Chart For Class II and above.

4) Transfer Certificate (Original). In case of interstate students, the TC should be counter signed by the education officer. 

5) Photocopy of Mark sheet (last two years)

6) Photographs of mother, father, student (5 each). Two additional photographs of the person who will be picking up the child (other than parents) from bus stop / school.   

7) Caste Certificate - In case caste belongs to OBC /SC/ST (Attested by Gazetted Officer/ Notary)


P.S. All the photocopies should be self attested by one of the parent.
